Is the pricing displayed correct?
Pricing displayed on Exclusive Getaways is correct.  The initial pricing displayed is the gross rental amount for your dates of interest.  For a complete price quotation, please use the property's “Price Quote” button or "Check your dates" link.  Price Quote will provide a “Real Time” price quotation for your home of interest for your specific dates.

How competitive is the pricing I see?
Exclusive Getaways price quotations are the lowest prices for a specific property on the web.

What are MY FAVORITES, and how do I use this?
MY FAVORITES allows you to save specific properties of interest to you in one location, so you can return later to view these select properties without having to redo your search activity. Simply click the Add to Favorites button for each property you would like to save.  Upon your return to ExclusiveGetaways.com, just click on MY FAVORITES at the top of our site’s front page, and your properties will be displayed.

How do I see features for different properties side by side?
Exclusive Getaways allows you to compare properties, attributes, prices, and property locations, side by side using our Compare function.  Simply click the Compare on the property to save that property to Compare for comparison.

How do I email property lists and property information to my travel companions.
Throughout Exclusive Getaways there is the ability to email properties of possible interest to your traveling companions to assist in your trip planning.  You can send them this information using the Email List button from Search, or MY FAVORITES, or Share with Friend when using Compare, and Send to Friend while viewing an individual property on the property’s details page.

What are the refund and cancellation policies?
All terms and conditions associated with the refund and cancellation policies for any property are displayed on the final booking page, Step 3, of the reservation process for that property.   These policies should be completely reviewed prior to making a booking for an individual property.

Online Booking and making a Home Reservation using Exclusive Getaways?
When you make an online booking on Exclusive Getaways, the Price Summary and the Rental Agreement for your property of interest will be displayed to you on the Final Booking page, Step 3, of the booking process.  All information for your booking, Guest Name, Property, Dates, and Credit Card details, are securely recorded, and the dates for your unit of interest are immediately secured for you.   Following your online booking, your reservation will be confirmed by the licensed property manager responsible for this property contacting you, and the appropriate Deposit and/or Final Payment will be charged to your credit card by the property manager per the terms of the Rental Agreement you agree to when completing your online booking.

What if I have a problem with a rental property when I get there?
All properties displayed on Exclusive Getaways have on-island professional property managers available to support you in the event of any problem that may occur while you are here. Your Property Manager’s contact particulars are provided to you with your reservation confirmation.
